The prophecy as spoken by Archbishop Yong on the occasion goes " Even though you Rwandans were betrayed by the World's biggest powers during your struggles , God says , you are my people, I will use you and many people across the World will chang their bad ways through you."

Beggining his speech on what God has sent him to Rwandans , Archbishop Yong first gave thanks to the Lord for whatever He is doing for Rwanda generally,then he thanked the Lord for His voice to His people during the crusade and also for the gift of rainfall on the occasion as a blessing from heaven. He thanked the Lord for a wellfinished Cathedral built in Ruhengeri. After giving thanks, he continued and said "The Lord has awarded me a scripture in the Bible that I'd like to share with.(ISAIAH:43). It says " He who created you,o JACOB, He who formed you ,O Israel,fear not, for I have redeemed you." It's possible that you Rwandans might have been ignored in the eyes of the super powers of the World but the most important thing is that, the Lord recognises you and he is ready to use you in various things and eventually to see the whole world changing. He says when you'll pass through the rivers, you 'll not be swept away. Archbishop Yong's prophecy reveals that there will be revival in our country and will spread to the whole world. Many blessings will fill our country and peace will prevail in the whole world. That every single citizen from south to north, East to west in this country will be blessed and touched. O Rwanda, all your people who have been wandering and scattered in many parts of the World , will be brought together and they will be made the Lord's tools. Furthermore, the Lord has given him a special message to both the leaders in all sectors should govern their respective people in the manner and setting of God statutes and most espacially to show people the way that leads to salvation. To all of you leaders of this country says Yong ; you are charged to be the means to transform the people of Rwanda from the grass roots and make Rwanda a blessed land. In concluding he uttered that, those are the words that I had been given by God to deliver to you.
